Jason Banks
Jason Banks has been married for 5 years and has two charming little boys. He enjoys scuba diving and vacationing in Mexico. He has been in the PDR industry for 11 years.
He took the opportunity to get involved in the PDR industry due to the freedom of being self-employed. He enjoys it because he gets out of it exactly what he puts into it.
Jason has been working for Pars for 4 years. He wanted to work for a large organization that has strong relationships with body shops. He knew Pars had a great reputation and he wanted to be a part of it.
Banks said, "Money and travel is the best part about working in this industry." Also, he said, "It's a great feeling when you fixed a hail beaten car and you restore it to 100% pre-loss condition."
His favorite storm was in O'Fallon, IL of 2003. There was a lot of work, the staff provided superior customer service, no hassles, it was a simplified storm, the body shops knew exactly what they were doing and it is always a pleasure to work in USAA direct repair facility.
What Jason likes most about Pars is working with Jeffrey Hudascek! He knows Pars is a stable company. He said, "I know where I stand and where I will be in the future with Pars. I always know when I will get paid. Pars has been in the business for a long time and they do the right thing."
Jason Bank's advice for people starting out in this industry is:
"Watch, listen, ask questions and learn."
"Quality before quantity."
